Support:

Join a dynamic team of RN's, 3 MA's per provider for general dermatology with more for Mohs surgeons, multiple highly trained midlevel's, general dermatologist, and a Mohs surgeon.

Candidate Profile:

Required:

Board-certified Dermatologist. Someone who enjoys producing has a laid-back but driven attitude, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.

Personality:

Easygoing, humble, and adaptable, with strong interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

Income Potential:

General Dermatology option as well: Starting at $600K + $50K sign-on Beginning year 2, shift to a production model of 45% collections up to 1MIL then 50% of collections above 1 MIL with potential for Partnership. 5% of PA collections for supervising a PA- approximation of 50k per year, if interested in overseeing a midlevel provide ? #
