Job Description
A well-established community health organization in Southern Arkansas is seeking a Family Medicine physician with OB to join its growing primary care team. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who enjoys full-spectrum medicine, values long-term patient relationships, and wants a predictable weekday schedule with plenty of time outside of work.
The Position:
- Family Medicine with OB opportunity in an established outpatient setting
- Enjoy a 4.5-day work week with Friday afternoons off
- Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:30 PM
- Friday, 8:00 AM-12:00 PM
- Friday afternoon and Saturday clinics are voluntary
- Provide comprehensive primary care with an emphasis on prevention, wellness, and continuity of care
- Work collaboratively alongside experienced APPs and a multidisciplinary care team
- Patient-centered practice focused on quality outcomes and accessible community healthcare
- Broad scope of practice with the ability to care for patients across different stages of life
