(CRITICAL CARE)OPPORTUNITY NEA
Baptist Clinic - Seeking BC/BE Physician to practice at NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro, AR Competitive compensation package o $475K base guarantee for two years, then production model with greater earning potential o $80K student loan reimbursement; $2K monthly resident stipend and sign-on bonus options o $10K relocation reimbursement o $5K/year CME allowance- Complete benefits package o 403B retirement plan with company matching o Health spending account with $1K/year contribution from Baptist

- Joining a team of 2 full time Pulmonologists with NP support
- Supportive and physician friendly administration team and closed medical staff
- Rotating schedule of ICU, inpatient pulmonary consults, and clinic
- 10 days per month hospital call; in-house hospitalists take first call with eICU backup also
- Large referral base (13 primary care clinics); CT surgery and Interventional Radiology support
- Very busy practice with high earning potential
- New $450M Medical Campus with EBUS, Navigational Bronchoscopy, and Ultrasound in ICU
- GREAT facility: NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital; a 228 bed hospital adjoined with Clinic MOB with 30+ subspecialties all under one roof (Pulmonary clinic space just down the hallway from ICU)
