Healthcare Marketing Associates is growing, and we're looking for a Physician Liaison / Healthcare Marketing Representative to join our Central Arkansas team. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Healthcare Marketing Associates serves as the personal marketing representative for healthcare practices throughout Arkansas. Our Physician Liaisons become an extension of our clients' practices, building relationships with referring physicians and helping increase appropriate patient referrals. In this role, you will: Visit physician offices throughout Central Arkansas and build relationships with physicians, referral coordinators, nurses, practice managers, and staff. Learn each client's physicians, services, procedures, referral processes, competitive advantages, and ideal patient populations. Educate referral sources about when and why to refer patients to our client practices. Identify new referral opportunities while maintaining and strengthening existing relationships. Help develop creative, outside-the-box marketing ideas and campaigns. Promote new physicians, services, technology, locations, and special events. Track office visits, conversations, opportunities, and follow-ups using our CRM. Participate in client meetings and provide feedback from the field. Assist with events, marketing campaigns, and other growth initiatives. This isn't traditional sales. Our approach is relationship-driven and consultative. We build genuine connections, educate referral sources, solve problems, and keep our clients top-of-mind.

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS

3+ years of sales, marketing, business development, account management, or related experience preferred. Healthcare, medical sales, or medical office experience is a plus. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are necessary. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning CRM software. High school diploma/GED required; bachelor's degree preferred. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout Central Arkansas.
