$750,000

REQUIRED PROCEDURES
- Cardiac anesthesia administration
- General anesthesia for inpatient and outpatient procedures
- Transesophageal echocardiography (TEE), if certified
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Licenses:
Arkansas medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
Certifications:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
- Cardiac anesthesia training or equivalent experience, or TEE certification
Experience:
Prior cardiac anesthesia experience preferred

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide anesthesia services for cardiac procedures and general surgery cases
- Collaborate with Cath Lab staff, cardiac teams, and surgical departments
- Participate in case reviews, planning, and protocol development
- Maintain patient safety and procedural accuracy across varied settings
- Engage in continuous improvement and clinical excellence initiatives
