1 Position Overview This Emergency Medicine assignment supports a high acuity emergency department with an annual volume of approximately 40,000 visits. The provider will work 12 hour shifts alongside 24 hour NP and PA coverage. Site Details Annual ED volume approximately 40,000. Mid level coverage 24 hours per day. EMR Allscripts. Required Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Residency trained in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or General Surgery. Active Arkansas medical license (or ability to obtain). DEA with Arkansas address and schedules as required for clinical practice. Board certified or board eligible in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine. Prior Emergency Medicine experience required.
Certifications required:
ATLS, ACLS, PALS, and BLS. Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify. Credentialing and Onboarding Items (must be provided) Current CV with complete work history. Active state license verification. Board certification or eligibility verification. DEA verification.
