A Neurologist diagnoses and treats patients with disorders or injuries related to the central nervous system or the brain. Provides medical care to patients recovering from strokes or with illnesses such as dementia; may treat patients for nerve damage or spinal cord injury. Works from a private practice or within a hospital or larger healthcare facility.
Our established neurology practice in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area is seeking a neurology physician assistant to join our team, providing patient care across our Avondale and Buckeye, AZ locations.
Scope of Practice:
The incoming provider will care for all general neurology conditions, including headaches, neuromuscular conditions, dementia and cognitive issues, movement disorders, and epilepsy.
Schedule:
Must be able to work at either location. This is a full-time 4 or 5 day a week schedule with flexibility on which day during the week to be off (Monday-Friday) if choosing the 4 day work week.
Call:
No weekends or call responsibilities.
Compensation:

Qualifications:
1+ years of neurology experience is required. State licensure and board certification are required. Must love building relationships with patients, value bedside manner, and possess excellent clinical skills. Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.
