Job Description
A growing, physician-centered healthcare organization is seeking a Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join its established outpatient primary care practice in Avondale, Arizona . Position Highlights Full-time, employed opportunity 100% outpatient primary care Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) No evenings, weekends, or holidays Limited telephonic call responsibilities only $100k Sign on Bonus with 3yr Contract Value-based care model focused on quality outcomes rather than patient volume Dedicated interdisciplinary care team and administrative support Smaller patient panel designed to support meaningful, relationship-based care For immediate consideration , please send your CV/resume to: ssager@provenirusa.com What You'll Do Provide comprehensive primary care for adult Medicare Advantage patients Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Emphasize preventive care, wellness, and chronic disease management Build long-term relationships with patients through continuity of care Collaborate with physicians, care coordinators, and clinical staff to deliver exceptional patient outcomes Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Qualifications MD or DO required Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain) Current DEA registration or ability to obtain Previous outpatient primary care experience preferred Experience caring for Medicare Advantage patients preferred Value-based care experience is a plus If you're looking for a practice where patient care comes first, collaboration is encouraged, and physicians have the time and support to make a lasting impact, we'd love to hear from you.
