Overview & Highlights Location:

Arizona

•multiple practice opportunities based on current patient demand

Schedule:

Flexible by practice; four 10-hour days, reduced FTE, or a combination of clinic and surgical days may be considered

Compensation:

$300,000

•550,000 guaranteed base depending on experience and position structure, plus work RVU productivity incentives; highly productive physicians may earn $800,000+ annually

Location & Logistics Work Environment:

Full-scope outpatient and hospital-based OB/GYN practice within a privately owned, physician-led organization

Patient Volume:

Approximately 20-30 patients per day, depending on the physician, practice, and schedule

Hospital Coverage:

Most practices maintain privileges at two hospitals approximately 3-5 miles apart, with physicians generally focusing on one primary facility

Call Expectations:

Approximately 1:3 to 1:7 depending on practice staffing; exact weekday and weekend requirements vary by office

Immediate needs exist across multiple practices. We are hiring for the right long-term fit and can be flexible on timing for physicians considering an immediate move or a planned transition. About the Opportunity / A Day in the Life This is a traditional full-scope OB/GYN opportunity for a physician who wants to build a long-term practice with an established patient base and immediate demand. You will provide obstetric and gynecologic care across the continuum, including outpatient visits, deliveries, procedures, and surgical care within your scope and hospital privileges. Your day-to-day schedule can be structured around the needs of the practice and your preferred clinical mix. Depending on staffing, options may include four 10-hour days, reduced FTE, or designated clinic and surgical days. Office-based procedures are supported, with flexibility to provide appropriate outpatient services. The clinical support model is designed to keep physicians focused on medicine rather than administrative work. NPs and PAs assist with labs, inbox management, and follow-up. Medical assistants and AI scribes support documentation, and dedicated charting time is built into both the morning and afternoon. Call varies by practice, generally ranging from approximately 1:3 to 1:7. Physicians typically focus coverage at one primary hospital, with hospitalists potentially supporting secondary-hospital coverage and open call shifts. Complex GYN cases may also be referred to the organization's MIGS team. Why This Role Stands Out Immediate patient demand for a physician ready to grow a full-scope OB/GYN practice Flexible scheduling options, including potential four-day weeks and reduced FTE APP, medical assistant, and AI scribe support with dedicated charting time Access to OB hospitalist support and MIGS referral resources Strong productivity upside without requiring every physician to practice at maximum volume Privately owned and physician-led, with plans to remain independent Job Duties & Responsibilities Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care Manage prenatal, delivery, postpartum, preventive, and gynecologic care Perform deliveries, surgeries, and office-based procedures within clinical scope Evaluate and treat acute and chronic gynecologic conditions Participate in OB/GYN call according to the applicable practice rotation Maintain continuity between outpatient and hospital-based care Coordinate complex GYN referrals with MIGS colleagues when appropriate Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nursing teams, medical assistants, and hospital clinicians Maintain timely clinical documentation with available staff and scribe support Communicate clearly with patients and families Participate in applicable quality, safety, and care-coordination initiatives Required Qualifications MD or DO with completed OB/GYN residency training Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology Board-eligible physicians must remain within the applicable eligibility window and obtain board certification within three years of employment Eligible for Arizona medical licensure; active Arizona license preferred for faster onboarding Eligible for applicable hospital privileges and credentialing Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and patient communication skills Ability to communicate clearly in English Preferred Qualifications Early

•to mid-career OB/GYN interested in building a long-term practice Interest in a collaborative, team-oriented clinical environment Bilingual or multilingual capabilities; a language stipend may be considered with appropriate medical-language verification J-1 or H-1B candidates may be considered when necessary and feasible, with J-1 preferred when sponsorship is required Malpractice Coverage Professional liability coverage is paid during employment. Prior-acts/nose coverage may be available subject to underwriting approval.

Tail responsibility varies by tenure:

physicians departing during year one are responsible for tail coverage; costs are shared under an applicable formula during years two and three; and the practice covers tail for departures in year four or later. Specific terms will be confirmed with candidates.
