Hospitalist:

Capacity for 4 inpatients, average 2 patients/day

Urgent Care Clinic :

15-20 patients/day, varies with patient volume and acuity

Same Day Clinic :

8-10 appointments/half-day block, varies with schedule and show rates Back up to RN care coordinators & PHN for unassigned patients

Job Requirements:

Experience:

Recent inpatient and outpatient medical experience

Certification:

Board certified in

Family Practice or Internal Medicine Licenses:

ANY Active unrestricted license and DEA from any state or US territory

Certifications:

Health Requirements:

Annual PPD or Chest X-ray (for tuberculosis), Documentation of MMR, varicella & Hepatitis B, influenza, and COVID vaccinations within the last year
