Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated support team What You'll Do Provide OB/GYN coverage for Flagstaff Medical Center, a 268-bed hospital Conduct 1-3 deliveries per shift with 4-8 callback hours on average Manage patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure quality patient outcomes Utilize Cerner EMR system for documentation and patient management Participate in 24-hour on-call duties during scheduled shifts Maintain compliance with hospital policies and medical standards What You Need Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN Valid Arizona medical license or IMLC certification DEA license Minimum 1 year of OB/GYN practice experience Strong communication and team collaboration skills About the Assignment This assignment involves OB/GYN coverage at Flagstaff Medical Center, providing essential services in a busy hospital environment. The position demands night shift coverage with 24-hour call responsibilities, aimed at delivering high-quality care to patients and supporting hospital operations.
