Job Description

Join a physician-led, value-based primary care organization providing high-quality, patient-centered care to adults and seniors in Green Valley, AZ. We seek a Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a collaborative team focused on preventive care, chronic disease management, and coordinated treatment to improve health outcomes. Work alongside experienced nurse practitioners, care managers, pharmacists, social workers, and clinical support staff in an environment structured to let physicians concentrate on delivering exceptional patient care.
Position highlights:
Physician-led, value-based care model Collaborative interdisciplinary care team Outpatient primary care practice with emphasis on adults and seniors Option for four 10-hour workweek (in lieu of a traditional five-day schedule) Comprehensive benefits package Compensation & benefits: Annual salary range: $211,369-$317,053 Medical, dental, and vision insurance Retirement savings plan Paid time off and paid holidays CME allowance and paid CME time Malpractice, life, and disability insurance Employee wellness resources Professional development and career advancement opportunities Key responsibilities: Provide comprehensive primary care to adult and senior patients Diagnose and manage acute, chronic, and complex medical conditions Order and interpret diagnostic tests and coordinate specialty referrals Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient care Emphasize preventive care, wellness, and chronic disease management Participate in quality improvement and patient engagement initiatives Maintain accurate, timely electronic medical records
Qualifications:
MD or DO from an accredited medical school Active Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain one Current DEA registration Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Commitment to value-based, patient-centered care Strong communication and teamwork skills
