Credentialing Timeframe:

Expedited privileging for clean history Electronic Medical Record (EMR): iKnowMed Certifications required: Board Certification, must have Basic Life Support (BLS) Active Arizona license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) required Facility Location Lake Havasu is known as a party community town and during World War II was a US Army Air Corps camp.
