Rotating coverage including weekday call, variable weekday shifts, weekend call, and call-back as needed Pay Weekday on-site: $295/hr | Weekend on-site: $295/hr | Weekday on-call: $15/hr | Weekend on-call: $18/hr |

Call-back:

$310/hr What You'll Do Provide surgical coverage across clinic, OR, endoscopy, inpatient, emergency, and breast clinic settings. This includes breast disease evaluation, biopsies, lumpectomies, mastectomies, and related benign and oncologic breast procedures, plus general surgery care for adult and pediatric patients, pre/post-op management, inpatient rounding, consultations, and supervision of mid-level providers.

What You Need Required:

MD or DO, completed General Surgery residency, documented breast surgery experience, active unrestricted medical license (AZ, another state, DC, or PR), Board Certified/Eligible (ABS or AOBS), current BLS and ACLS, ability to pass credentialing and background clearance.

Preferred:

Experience in a hospital, tribal health, or IHS setting; comfort with adult and pediatric patients; upper/lower endoscopy experience; strong EHR documentation skills.
