Job Description

OB/GYN New Facility + Birthing Center Southwest Arizona Join a growing women's health program in Southwest Arizona, where you'll build a full-spectrum OB/GYN practice with dedicated surgical access and the opportunity to practice in a brand-new birthing center. This employed opportunity offers strong hospital support, an established referral base, and the resources to provide comprehensive women's healthcare.
Position Highlights:
Full-spectrum OB/GYN practice with approximately 3,000 annual deliveries Newly built clinic and standalone birthing center Established women's health clinic with integrated urgent care and surgical services Mix of clinic, operating room, and hospital-based care Dedicated blocked OR time Practice supported by a 406-bed hospital with a Level
III NICU
Established referral base with continued community growth Shared call rotation with manageable frequency Advanced practice provider support to help balance workload
Compensation & Benefits:

Candidate Requirements:
Board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN Comfortable providing full-spectrum obstetric and gynecologic care Open to both new graduates and experienced physicians Arizona medical license or ability to obtain Live & Work in
