Job Description

We're looking for a full-time Pediatric Physician to join our compassionate team in Surprise, AZ. You'll deliver family-centered, high-quality care to infants, children, and adolescents—helping ensure their physical, developmental, and emotional well-being. This role is especially meaningful as we serve diverse and underserved communities, working alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team. What we offer Competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package Paid time off and support for continuing medical education What you'll do Provide comprehensive pediatric care from infancy through adolescence, including well-child visits and acute care Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, administer vaccinations, and develop individualized treatment plans Counsel patients and families on wellness, development, preventive care, and chronic disease management Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care Document care accurately and thoroughly in our electronic health record system Stay current with pediatric best practices and participate in ongoing professional development What we're looking for Graduate of an accredited medical school Completion of an accredited U.S. Pediatric Residency Program Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics Valid Arizona medical license and DEA certificate Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Proficiency with pediatric clinical methods, strong clinical judgment, and excellent interpersonal skills with patients, families, and colleagues Basic computer skills for electronic medical records Valid Arizona driver's license Certification in CPR and AED use per American Heart Association or Red Cross standards Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card from the Arizona Department of Public Safety Nice to have Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus but not required If you're passionate about caring for children and want to make a real difference in a community-focused practice, we'd love to hear from you.
