Job Description

We are seeking a motivated independently licensed or associate-level therapist to join our growing private practice in Tempe, AZ. We are looking for a clinician who values a positive and collaborative work environment while also being comfortable working independently. The ideal candidate is motivated to grow professionally, open to learning new interventions and developing clinical specialties, and interested in building and maintaining a consistent caseload. Both in-person and telehealth sessions are available. Clinical supervision is available for associate-level therapists. Experience providing therapy to adolescents, adults, couples, and/or groups is preferred. Full-time 1099 independent contractor position. Our Tempe office is located in a modern, fully furnished professional suite. Compensation is dependent on licensure, experience, training, and qualifications, with opportunities for growth. The practice provides a user-friendly EHR and administrative infrastructure designed to allow clinicians to focus more of their time on clinical work. Practice marketing and referral opportunities are provided, while clinicians are also encouraged to engage in ethical professional networking and self-marketing to support caseload growth. Clinicians participate in one clinical team meeting per month. Responsibilities include conducting intake evaluations, providing ongoing psychotherapy as clinically appropriate, responding to client communication in a timely and professional manner, and completing clinical documentation and assessments within appropriate timeframes. Qualifications & Skills Master's degree in a behavioral health field from an accredited program Current Arizona license through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners Strong clinical and interpersonal skills Excellent and timely documentation Professional, dependable, and motivated Ability to work independently while collaborating with other clinicians Interest in professional networking, practice growth, and developing areas of clinical specialty Basic computer proficiency; training on the practice EHR will be provided as needed
Pay:
$80.00 - $130.00 per hour
