• $265,000 to $335,000+ Annual Base Salary, negotiable based on experience

COMPANY PROFILE

This multi-site healthcare organization has been serving the local community for more than 25 years, providing full scope primary care, urgent care, and specialty services. They currently boast a staff of more than 20 medical providers, who are supported by dedicated clinical and administrative team members. Being affiliated with a local hospital, they have convenient access to services for laboratory, pharmacy, x-ray, EKG, and more.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

The new physician will be inheriting a patient base from a long-tenured physician who is retiring. There will be a transition plan in place to ensure a comfortable, efficient transfer of all patients. Providers see an average of 22 to 25 patients per day and are supported by dedicated clinical assistants, with administrative time built into the schedule. All work is within the area of general outpatient primary care:

• annual check-ups
• follow-up visits
• physicals
• chronic disease management
• minor sick / injury visits The practice uses an

EHR. REQUIREMENTS

• Arizona medical license
• DEA•Board Certification / Eligibility, Internal or Family Medicine
