Job Description

Psychiatrist (MD/DO): TMS Treatment ProgramTransform Lives with Cutting-Edge Neuromodulation We are seeking a compassionate, forward-thinking Psychiatrist to join our growing Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) practice. If you want to move beyond medication-only care and offer patients a proven, non-invasive treatment when other options haven't worked, this role is for you. TMS is changing the way we treat depression and other conditions. You will help patients who have often tried multiple medications with little relief find hope again, without the side effects of systemic drugs, sedation, or hospitalization. What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations to determine TMS candidacy, including treatment-resistant depression, OCD, and other FDA-cleared indications Develop individualized treatment plans that combine TMS with psychopharmacology and therapy as clinically appropriate Prescribe, oversee, and supervise TMS treatment courses, including motor threshold determination, coil placement, and protocol selection Monitor patient progress with validated outcome measures (PHQ-9, HAM-D, Y-BOCS, and others) and adjust treatment accordingly Provide medication management before, during, and after TMS Work closely with our TMS technicians, therapists, and care coordinators Provide telehealth follow-ups to expand access to care Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation in our EMR/EHR system, including the clinical documentation needed for insurance authorization
What We're Looking For Required:
MD or DO with completed psychiatry residency Active, unrestricted medical license and DEA registration (with state controlled substance registration as applicable) Board-certified or board-eligible in psychiatry Ability to be credentialed and enrolled as an in-network provider with all major insurance companies , including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial carriers, so our patients have the broadest possible access to care Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology and evidence-based treatment of depression and anxiety disorders Comfort with EMR/EHR systems and HIPAA compliance
Preferred:
