Salary Range:

The physician will deliver prenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care, perform gynecologic evaluations, diagnose and treat routine and complex conditions, perform deliveries, and prescribe appropriate therapies. The role emphasizes patient-centered, community-based care within a collaborative team environment. Providers coordinate care with advanced practice providers and nursing staff, ensure accurate documentation, adhere to clinical protocols, and participate in quality improvement and regulatory initiatives. Additional responsibilities may include supervising APPs, serving as a preceptor for medical students and NP/PA trainees, participating in daily team huddles, supporting audits, and rotating between clinic sites as needed.
