Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced to lead our clinical and administrative teams within our health center. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of electronic medical records systems, clinical research, and healthcare compliance, with a strong background in hospital and practice management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence patient care quality, oversee medical records management, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards such as
HIPAA, FDA
regulations, and NCQA standards. Responsibilities Oversee the implementation and utilization of EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems to optimize clinical workflows. Lead clinical research initiatives, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and healthcare standards. Manage practice operations, including budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation to enhance efficiency and patient outcomes. Supervise medical staff in delivering exceptional patient care while adhering to healthcare compliance protocols. Develop and maintain quality improvement programs aligned with NCQA standards and healthcare regulations. Ensure accurate documentation of medical records, medical terminology application, and anatomy knowledge in clinical settings. Provide leadership in medical management, including utilization management and treatment planning for diverse patient populations. Requirements Proven post-residency experience with supervisory responsibilities in a hospital or healthcare setting. Extensive knowledge of EMR/EHR systems, medical records management, and healthcare compliance including HIPAA and DEA regulations. Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, pharmacology, and medical terminology relevant to clinical development. Demonstrated project management skills with experience in clinical research or medical research projects. Background in managed care, practice management, or academic leadership within healthcare environments. Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of supervising multidisciplinary teams and fostering collaborative work environments. Familiarity with drug enforcement regulations, quality improvement initiatives, and healthcare management best practices. Pay:
$265,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
