In PersonClinical ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive ophthalmic examinations and evaluationsDiagnose and treat a broad range of ocular conditionsProvide outpatient ophthalmology servicesPerform ophthalmic surgical procedures, including cataract surgeryManage conditions involving: Cataracts, Glaucoma, Neuro-ophthalmic disorders & Other ocular diseasesDevelop individualized treatment plans and follow-up careMaintain accurate patient documentation and medical recordsCollaborate with healthcare professionals to provide coordinated patient careMaintain appropriate patient safety and aseptic standards during procedures and surgeriesScheduleStandard schedule: 8:00 AM-5:00 PMFlexible scheduling available4-day workweek10-hour days can be consideredFull-time and part-time candidates will be consideredNo on-call responsibilitiesQualificationsMedical degree (MD/DO) with training in OphthalmologyBoard certification or Board eligibility in Ophthalmology acceptedNew graduates/newly trained Ophthalmologists are welcome to applyPost-residency experience is not requiredNo specific fellowship background required at this timeCalifornia medical licensure is flexible; candidates who need to obtain California licensure may be consideredMust be able to provide both outpatient ophthalmology care and surgical servicesHospital/medical staff privileges are flexible based on the candidate and practice requirements
