What You'll Do As a Naturopathic Medical Doctor, you'll provide comprehensive evaluations and individualized treatment plans for patients seeking functional and integrative care.

Responsibilities include:

Comprehensive new patient consultations and follow-up visits Functional medicine evaluations Review and interpretation of laboratory testing Personalized treatment planning Nutritional counseling and lifestyle medicine IV nutrient therapy Nutrient injections Peptide therapy GLP-1 medical weight management Hormone optimization (experience preferred) Ordering and interpreting specialty functional laboratory testing Thorough and timely medical documentation Collaborating with our acupuncture, physical therapy, and massage therapy teams to optimize patient outcomes Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who: Is passionate about functional and integrative medicine Builds strong relationships with patients Takes a root-cause approach to healthcare Enjoys collaborating with multidisciplinary providers Communicates clearly and compassionately Is organized, dependable, and accountable Thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment Has an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoys helping grow a practice

Qualifications Required:

Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (NMD or ND) Active California Naturopathic Doctor License Current DEA registration (or ability to obtain) Excellent communication and patient education skills Electronic Medical Record experience Strong clinical documentation skills

Preferred:

Functional medicine experience IV therapy certification and experience Peptide therapy experience Medical weight loss / GLP-1 management Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) PRP, regenerative medicine, or aesthetic experience Cash-based and insurance practice experience Schedule Flexible scheduling available. Seeking providers available to work in both our Encinitas and Poway clinics. Part-time with opportunity to expand into a full-time schedule. Some evening availability preferred.
