Spine Surgeon Independent 1099 LiveWell Homecare Agency Fresno, CA Job Details Contract 11 hours ago Qualifications Orthopedic surgery DEA License Medical License Treatment of musculoskeletal injuries Orthopedics Full Job Description Join us at the California Orthopaedics Association Conference from April 16-18, visiting booth #70 and attending an exclusive reception on April 16 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM PST. We are seeking a licensed orthopedic spine surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site treatments during 4-hour weekly or biweekly shifts, complementing your current practice. Responsibilities include managing complex patients, facilitating return to work, and collaborating with medical teams to deliver surgical and non-surgical care for work-related injuries. You will also communicate with employers and participate in case management. Qualifications include experience with work-related injuries, state licensure, MD or DO graduation, unrestricted DEA license, board certification or eligibility in orthopedic spine surgery, and malpractice insurance. Compensation is based on a revenue share model. This flexible role supports your practice schedule and promotes impactful patient care in a supportive, equal opportunity environment.
