The position features competitive compensation starting at $500,000/year, a two-year guarantee, RVU bonus potential, and full-time hours Monday through Friday. Qualifications include a valid California medical license, graduation from an accredited medical school, urology residency, and board certification or eligibility. Robotic surgery expertise and strong communication skills are preferred.
