Provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages, including children and adults Work in both mobile clinics and brick-and-mortar facilities as needed Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality healthcare Manage patient diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up care Document patient interactions using EPIC electronic health record software Participate in patient education and preventive health initiativesWhat You Need:
CA medical license (in-hand) BLS certification; board certification preferred or willing to accept board eligible candidates DEA registration 2+ years of outpatient family practice experience Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency required Comfortable working with diverse age groups, including children and adults Flexibility to work in mobile and clinic settings depending on daily needs About theAssignment:
