Job Description

About the Job Physician -

Family Practice:

Setting:

Outpatient clinic; provider may split time between different clinic settings.

Patient Population:

All ages - must be comfortable treating both children and adults .

Schedule:

3-5 days per week, typically 10 AM-7 PM or 1 PM-7 PM , with no call.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience; ability to supervise midlevel providers is required.

Requirements:

Active California medical license , DEA , and BLS . Board certification is preferred, but Board Eligible physicians are accepted .

EMR:

EPIC.

Patient Volume:

Approximately 18 patients/day, with 21+ preferred.

Contract:

13-26 weeks , ASAP start.

Credentialing:

30 days or less.

Orientation:

Full week, Monday-Friday; provider must be available for the entire orientation.
