Outpatient-only Family Medicine with a mission-driven FQHC Flexible 4x10 or 5x8 schedule with 1 hour of administrative time built into each day 14-20 patients per day with a gradual 90-day ramp-up Primarily adult patient population with no child well visits Shared call of 1 week every 3-4 months Opportunity to practice in a supportive rural community with long-term stability

Compensation & Benefits:

Guaranteed base salary of $290,000

•315,000, plus an additional $20,000 rural differential Two annual salary increases (typically 1

•15% based on performance and tenure) Productivity incentive of $35 per patient over 20 patients per day $100,000 sign-on bonus paid over 5 years ($10,000 paid at signing) Up to $10,000 relocation assistance $5,000 annual CME allowance PTO accrues to 4 weeks annually during the first two years and 5 weeks beginning in year three, with up to 300 hours of rollover Student loan assistance may be available

Degree:

MD or DO Certifications:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (Internal Medicine candidates may also be considered)

Licensure:

California license or ability to obtain

Experience:
