Competitive Base Salary (Commensurate with experience) + Benefits Package A well-established community health organization is seeking a dedicated, bilingual (Spanish/English) Pediatrician to join its team. This outpatient opportunity offers an exceptional work-life balance with zero call obligations—your schedule strictly aligns with standard clinic operating hours. You will work alongside a supportive team of clinical and administrative professionals to provide high-quality, compassionate care to a diverse pediatric patient population.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care, well-child checkups, immunizations, and acute illness management Deliver culturally competent care and communicate fluently with Spanish-speaking patients and families Conduct clinical visits during standard clinic hours without after-hours, weekend, or holiday call duties Collaborate with dedicated medical assistants, care coordinators, and staff to streamline clinic workflows Utilize electronic health records (EHR) for accurate, timely clinical documentation Educate parents and guardians on child development, nutrition, and preventative health strategies
Qualifications:
Education:
Graduate of an accredited US medical school or international equivalent (MD or DO).
Board Credentials:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
Language Skills:
Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required.
Licensure:
Active, unrestricted California medical license (or eligible for immediate state licensure).
Clinical Approach:
Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to serving diverse, community-based patient populations.
