Job Description
We're a high-growth wellness clinic, with acupuncture, chiropractic and massage, based in the greater Inland Empire area. Our mission is to create pathways to optimal health. Despite economic shifts, we've tripled our new patient numbers this year —proving just how recession-proof and in-demand our care is. We're now expanding to serve even more patients and are looking for driven acupuncturists who want to grow with us. About the Team You'll be joining a tight-knit, supportive team that's passionate about helping people and building lasting relationships with patients. Our work environment is fast-paced, yet collaborative , where each team member plays a key role in delivering exceptional care. We're proud of our strong internal referral systems and efficient processes that keep our days productive and rewarding. About the Role This is a part-time, in-person role with a steady flow of personal injury and general insurance patients . This is a turnkey opportunity with a steady flow of new and existing patients—no need for external marketing or patient outreach on your part. You'll be responsible for:
- Conducting thorough assessments and exams
- Administering acupuncture treatments
- Creating and managing personalized care plans
- Keeping accurate and compliant patient records About the Candidate We're looking for a licensed California acupuncturist who:
- Has a strong understanding of patient care and injury recovery
- Is confident with general insurance compliance and documentation
- Brings excellent communication and people skills
- Works well independently and in a team setting
- Has solid clinical judgement and a patient-first mindset New graduates are welcome to apply, especially those eager to learn and grow in a high-demand setting. Compensation & Benefits
Income:
Percentage baseWITH POTENTIAL OF
$50,000 - $60,000 per year (part-time)- Bonus and Commission Opportunities based on performance
