The ideal candidate will have a strong background in urgent care, family medicine, emergency medicine, or primary care, excellent clinical skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Conduct thorough physical examinations and obtain detailed patient histories. Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as laboratory work and x-rays. Develop and implement patient care plans, including prescribing medications and therapies. Perform minor procedures, including suturing, incision and drainage, splinting, and wound care. Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care. Collaborate with medical assistants, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care. Maintain accurate and timely patient records using electronic health record (EHR) systems. Qualifications Current and unrestricted California Physician (MD or DO) license. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related specialty. Minimum of 2 years of experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, family medicine, or a related clinical setting preferred. Strong clinical judgment and knowledge of evidence-based medicine. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
