•$325K Salary and no call coverage You can step into an established outpatient Family Medicine role on California's Central Coast, built around steady patient demand and long-term stability. This is a Family Medicine opportunity focused on full-spectrum primary care with light pediatric inpatient call. Practice Overview You'll join an employed primary care team with Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, NPs, Pediatricians, and OB/GYN support Outpatient, common chronic disease management A hospitalist service supports adults
No Call Coverage EMR:
Cerner; efficient clinic setup with dedicated exam rooms and MA support (Spanish-speaking translation available) Schedule Clinic options: 4x10s or 5x8s (built for work-life balance) Clinic hours run Monday-Saturday; you are not required to work Saturdays Typical clinic pace: about 18-22 patients/day (approximately 2-3 patients/hour) Compensation & Benefits Base salary starting at $350,000 (guaranteed salary structure) with potential of $400,000, including moonlighting $10,000 relocation assistance (reimbursed with documented expenses) 25 days PTO plus $3,000 CME allowance Medical/dental/vision, malpractice with tail, 403(b) retirement plan, and eligibility for PSLF and CA State Loan Repayment (nonprofit employer) Candidate Requirements Board Certified in internal Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to sit for boards Comfortable with outpatient primary care No visa sponsorship available; Spanish is helpful but not required.
