Job Description
This is a full time, benefited, salary position as a Supervisor, Interventional Radiology at La Jolla Memorial Hospital. The shift is Monday- Friday 7am-4pm. incentives up to $8,500 for qualified, eligible new hires. Responsible for the oversight of the activities and functions of the department for IR Tech and IR RN. All 3 service lines are performed including Neuro-vascular and body. Provides functional expertise to staff and leadership. Ensures effective use of system resources. Participates in standards of practice and process improvement activities. Participates in hiring, oversees daily productivity, and creates staffing schedule and timecards. Ensures policy and procedures are followed by staff.
