Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to patients, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of various health conditions. This role requires strong clinical skills, a commitment to patient service, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities Conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments of patients. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses while managing patient care plans. Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems for accurate documentation and patient management. Collaborate with specialists in areas such as cardiology, endocrinology, and gastroenterology for comprehensive patient care. Provide health coaching and education to patients regarding lifestyle changes and disease prevention. Stay updated on medical advancements through clinical research and continuous education. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient records. Participate in discharge planning and coordinate post-operative care for patients.Job Type:
