FM or IM Physician Location:
Hollywood, CA 90028 Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Primary Care Physician to provide high-quality outpatient care. This role offers flexible scheduling options, including part-time or full-time opportunities with both day and evening shifts available.
Key Responsibilities :
Deliver comprehensive primary care services, including: Conducting physical examinations. Ordering and interpreting laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic tests. Diagnosing conditions and developing treatment plans. Monitoring patient progress and modifying treatment as needed. Guide patients and their families through accessing healthcare services and addressing concerns. Collaborate with physicians, residents, and healthcare staff to ensure coordinated patient care. Mentor and support clinical staff in patient management and treatment approaches. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including peer reviews and clinical standard setting. Engage in regular provider meetings to discuss clinical challenges and improve care delivery. Contribute to operational improvements and development of clinical protocols and best practices. Support the implementation of new programs and may take on leadership roles in healthcare initiatives. Identify staff training needs and assist in developing education and training programs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the relevant state. Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Obstetrics & Gynecology. Current DEA license. Current Basic Life Support (BLS/BCLS) certification. Experience in treating both pediatric and adult patients in an outpatient setting. Working knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards. Familiarity with public health programs and regulatory frameworks is preferred.
