Job Overview This Physician Site Lead position combines outpatient clinical care with leadership responsibilities in an established Family Medicine practice. The role includes providing full-spectrum care excluding OB, treating patients of all ages including newborns, and performing common procedures. Physicians work 33 patient-facing hours weekly, seeing 18 to 20 patients per day, supported by a collaborative care team and specialty access. The Site Lead oversees clinic operations, supports provider engagement, assists with recruitment and onboarding, and drives a high-quality, efficient care environment.
