We are seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician for a full-time outpatient primary care position in National City. This opportunity combines a competitive guaranteed base salary, additional productivity incentives, and a predictable weekday schedule. Work alongside a collaborative clinical team while building lasting relationships with patients and expanding access to quality healthcare. Position Highlights Guaranteed base salary of $270,000-$320,000 , based on experience, qualifications, language skills, and overall fit. Additional productivity bonus opportunity. No call and no weekends. Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Approximately 20 patients per day . Outpatient setting with support from advanced practice providers, nurses, and other clinical team members. Anticipated start approximately 30 days following hire, subject to provisional credentialing. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and chronic disease management. Deliver preventive screenings and educate patients on wellness and disease prevention. Order and review laboratory testing and diagnostic studies, and coordinate specialty referrals. Collaborate with the clinical team to support coordinated, patient-centered care. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and provide clinical oversight of advanced practice providers and nursing staff as needed. Ideal Candidate A Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician who values community-based medicine and enjoys caring for a diverse, underserved patient population.
