Overview We are seeking a highly qualified to lead and coordinate clinical and administrative operations within our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in medical management, research, and healthcare compliance, with a strong background in hospital environments and practice leadership. This role offers an opportunity to influence patient care quality while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and fostering a collaborative healthcare setting. Responsibilities Oversee the management of electronic health records (EHR) systems, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with HIPAA regulations. Lead clinical research initiatives, supporting study design, data collection, and regulatory adherence in accordance with FDA regulations. Coordinate project management activities related to clinical development, quality improvement, and healthcare initiatives. Supervise medical records management, ensuring proper documentation aligned with NCQA standards and hospital policies. Ensure healthcare compliance by monitoring adherence to
HIPAA, DEA
regulations, and other federal or state requirements. Provide medical leadership by treating patients directly as a physician while guiding clinical staff and supporting practice management efforts. Develop strategies for utilization management, managed care operations, and practice efficiency improvements. Foster academic and executive leadership by mentoring staff, supervising research projects, and promoting continuous education within the organization. Qualifications Extensive post-residency experience in clinical settings with demonstrated supervisory responsibilities. Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems, medical terminology, and electronic health records management. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, pharmacology, and medical research methodologies. Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards including
HIPAA, NCQA
standards, FDA regulations, and drug enforcement policies. Proven project management skills with experience in practice management and healthcare administration. Background in hospital or clinic environments with a focus on patient care and medical leadership. Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams effectively while maintaining high standards of quality improvement and operational efficiency. Excellent communication skills with the capacity to teach, supervise staff, and engage with diverse healthcare stakeholders. Pay:
$265,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
