The nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and be able to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

  • Local Team Collaboration:
  • + Join our close-knit, well-established team of 21 physicians at Dignity St. John's. + Within the hospital, we work closely with our colleagues in other departments to ensure a smooth transition of care. + Dignity St. John's Regional Medical Center earned an "A" rating through Leapfrog Safety.
  • Qualifications:
  • + Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine. + Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Scheduling:
  • + Nocturnist - 7 PM - 7 AM. + Part-time, average of 7-8 shifts per month.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • + You will do admissions and cross coverage. + Open ICU, but no procedures are required for this role.

  • Compensation:
  • + Annual full-time compensation is $300k- $342k, depending on the schedule worked. + Part-time is pro-rated based on the FTE.
