Opportunity Highlights

• 100% outpatient pediatrics
• Flexible schedule, optional four day work week
• Integrated care model with same-day and next-day referrals and specialists available around the clock for clinical support
• Dedicated support team, including a 1:1 medical assistant ratio, along with LVN, RN, lactation, nutrition, social work, and behavioral health resources
• AI-powered tools for documentation, dictation, desk management, patient messages, and visit scribing
• Supported ramp-up period with a reduced initial schedule, an assigned mentor, and ongoing new-hire education
• Leadership and career advancement opportunities through committees, professional groups, and leadership tracks
• No overnight call and no rounding; weekend coverage occurs approximately once per month for a half day and includes a mix of in-person and virtual assignments Compensation and Benefits
• Base salary of $290,000
• Annual quality bonus
• $30,000 sign-on bonus
• $5,000 CME allowance plus one week of education leave
• Relocation assistance of up to $10,000
