General Surgeon Independent Contractor LiveWell Homecare Agency Placentia, CA Job Details Contract 13 hours ago Qualifications Surgical techniques Surgery Full Job Description Seeking a general surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care for approximately 4-hour weekly or biweekly shifts. Responsibilities include managing medically complex patients, facilitating return to work, and collaborating with medical and therapy teams on orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries. The role involves non-surgical and surgical treatments, case management, and communication with employers, making a positive impact on patient recovery.
Qualifications:
Experience with work-related injuries preferred Licensed and board-certified or eligible in General Surgery Unrestricted DEA license Medical Malpractice Insurance covering on-site work The position offers flexible scheduling with compensation based on a revenue share model.
