Compensation:

$300,000 - $340,000 annually + monthly census-based bonus, providing a predictable base with upside tied to clinic demand.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and manage patients with functional limitations and chronic pain, develop rehab plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and document findings per Workers' Compensation guidelines.

Ideal Candidate:

Board-Certified/Eligible in PM&R, active CA license, outpatient experience preferred, strong communication skills, patient-centered approach, and interest in non-procedural, team-based rehab care.
