  • Full-Time Outpatient (Community Health | High Volume | No New Grads) Schedule 4×10-hour shifts (8am-5pm) or 5×8-hour shifts Must see 3 patients/hour (20-minute visits) 2 telehealth visits/day End-of-day admin time Phone call coverage required (schedule discussed in interview)
Credentialing:
60-90 days Full-time preferred (part-time considered) Compensation $230,000
  • $300,144 annually Up to $10,000 relocation assistance Loan repayment:
NHSC / SLRP / PSLF

CME:
5 days + $2,500 stipend Requirements (STRICT) Active California medical license Board Certified / Board Eligible in Pediatrics DEA license required Minimum 2 years outpatient experience (MANDATORY) NO new graduates Strong preference: Community health / FQHC experience Epic EMR preferred Must be U.S. work-authorized Spanish bilingual (Added value) Responsibilities Pediatric primary care (acute + chronic conditions) Preventive care and patient education Care planning and coordination Accurate clinical documentation Work within multidisciplinary care team Client Key Notes High-volume clinic: 3 patients/hour required Community health environment 60+ clinicians across 11 sites + 4 mobile units Strong preference for experienced outpatient providers #Workwolf
