Job Description
The Physician provides direct and in-direct medical care to patients of all ages. The Physician will serve as a health care provider and/or consultant in a variety of settings to include primary care, acute care, and specialty clinics. The Physician will have a thorough knowledge of their area of practice and stay current on up-to-date treatment guidelines.
- Minimum Requirements:
- + Graduation from an accredited Medical School with a Doctorate's degree; Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine + Licensed and in good standing in the state in which they are hired to practice + Specialty certification may be required by state/contract + Active DEA and DPS numbers are required + One (1) one year of experience as a Physician strongly preferred + BLS/ACLS/PALS per state or contract requirements + Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable + Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) + Must meet all federal, state and local requirements + Must be at least 18 years of age •
