Alumni Healthcare Staffing seeks a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician for a locum tenens assignment in San Bernardino, CA. Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages, including acute, chronic, and preventive services. Responsibilities include evaluations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and coordination of care with support staff and specialists. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient family medicine care to patients of all ages Conduct histories, physical exams, diagnoses, and evidence-based treatment plans Manage acute and chronic conditions and provide preventive and wellness care Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests Prescribe and manage medications in accordance with guidelines Coordinate care with specialists, nursing, and ancillary staff Utilize EMR systems for accurate, timely documentation Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies Deliver patient-centered, culturally sensitive care Collaborate with Alumni Healthcare Staffing team for schedule and assignment needs Required Skills Family medicine clinical practice Outpatient primary care Chronic disease management Acute care evaluation and treatment Preventive and wellness care Ordering and interpreting diagnostics EMR documentation Medication management and prescribing Care coordination Regulatory and compliance knowledge
