Primary Care Medical Group of Inland Empire, INC. is seeking an experienced, energetic, and deeply caring Pediatrician to join our dedicated multi-specialty team immediately. Proudly serving our community since 1988, our established practice provides comprehensive primary care for children and adults at our office located at 1998 N Arrowhead Ave, San Bernardino, CA 92405.

Key Responsibilities Routine & Preventive Care:

Conduct well-child visits, physical exams, growth and developmental screenings, and administer routine childhood vaccinations. Pediatrician will have a panel of patients.

Acute & Chronic Care:

Diagnose and treat common childhood illnesses, injuries, and infections, while managing chronic conditions like asthma.

Patient & Family Communication:

Educate parents and guardians on nutrition, safety, hygiene, mental health, and preventative wellness with genuine empathy and patience.

Care Coordination:

Order and interpret diagnostic lab tests, prescribe appropriate medications, and refer patients to pediatric specialists when needed.

Medical Documentation & Support:

Maintain accurate, timely patient records and clinical notes using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

Qualifications & Requirements Education:

M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school.

Training:

Successful completion of an accredited Pediatric Residency program.

Licensure:

Active, unrestricted California state medical license.

Certification:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.

Credentials:

Active DEA registration and BLS certification.

Compensation & Benefits Gross Annual Salary:

$235,000 Two weeks of vacation a year, sick time, and holiday pay. (Nurse Practitioners will see patients during time off) 401(k) retirement plan.
