Pacific Inpatient Medical Group (PIMG) Northern California We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Internal Medicine Nocturnists to join our dynamic hospital medicine team. We currently have openings at two premier Sutter-affiliated facilities: Novato Community Hospital (Marin County) and California Pacific Medical Center (CPMC) Mission Bernal Campus (San Francisco). As an independent, physician-owned group, we offer an exceptional environment to practice high-quality, patient-centered care with true clinical autonomy and a path to practice partnership. Location & Site Highlights 1. Novato Community Hospital (Novato, CA)
Facility:
A modern, 40-bed facility offering a close-knit, true community hospital setting backed by a large, highly functional health network. Exceeds annual goals for patient safety, physician communication, and patient experience.
ICU Setup:
Open ICU with 24/7 e-ICU support, as well as excellent procedural support from Intensivists and Interventional Radiology (IR).
Lifestyle:
Located 30 miles north of San Francisco in scenic Marin County. Known for mild weather, top-tier schools, outdoor recreation, and quick access to Wine Country, coastal beaches, and SF nightlife. 2. CPMC Mission Bernal Campus (San Francisco, CA)
Facility:
Opened in 2018, this is a modern, 120 bed hospital that provides a wide range of medical and surgical services within a cozy, community-focused hospital setting in San Francisco.
ICU Setup:
Open ICU with 24/7 e-ICU and overnight nurse practitioner coverage and procedural support
Specialty Care:
Features state-of-the-art Geriatric Care Unit offering interdisciplinary care designed to optimize outcomes for hospitalized seniors. We are also an orthopedic institute of excellence and an neurosciences institute offering comprehensive stroke and neurosurgery care Tele-night hospitalist pager cross cover to help with focused nocturnist admissions workflow
Schedule & Practice Details Shift Load:
Averages 10 night shifts per month (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
