We're looking for a Driver & Operation Associate to collaborate with our Pastry Executive Chef, Store Managers & local teams. You are our Brand Ambassador ! Are you someone that likes variety and consistency each day, this role is for you! You will split your day up as a Driver for our Boutiques, Corporate Orders and Operation Support Key responsibilities: The Driver & Operation Associate will support our San Carlos site and our two Boutiques in Mountain View & Burlingame. He/She will be responsible to ensure smooth, high quality operations activities at each site & between the two sites, service to support our Pastry teams & front of the house teams. Shift typically will start at 6:00 AM from San Carlos (Driving license required) Responsibilities Ensure transportation using Maison Alyzee van between our two locations ensuring safe & smooth transport of our cakes & other pastries & breads between 6:00-8:00 AM. Ensure the Deliveries of our key Corporate Customers mostly in the Morning (as from 07:30 AM) and attend these Customer as our Brand Ambassador (you may help install. Provide product information , ….). Execute swiftly with the highest quality standard all other logistics operations (non food stock replenishment,…) On site at our Laboratoire or Comissary Kitchen, you will attend and support our Pastry team for all cleaning & maintenance Support the management & control of our non food inventories

Safety :

Maintain a clean and organized workspace . Follow all safety and sanitation procedures within set guidelines from OSHA, HACCP and Department of Public Health and Risk Management - and ensure your team is following guidelines as well other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills:

Experience with from retail food retail, coffee shop is a plus but not mandatory; Reliability, common sense, friendly & positive attitude, savory cooking skills is a strong plus. Basic problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task Sense of urgency and ability to work within a safe manner Ability to follow all company policies in areas of attendance, safety, sanitation and safe food handling. The Front of the House team will also remains in close daily contact with our Pastry Chefs' team. Job Requirements Ability to start early in the day : 06:00 am including working weekends and holidays Driving skills with the highest level of care and attention for your self and other. Manage all logistics operations of Maison Alyzee Lead the function, develop new ideas Evaluates and reacts to performance issues fairly and consistently in accordance with our expected practices Actively establishes open, candid and trusting professional relationships with their team members Maintains a high degree of personal integrity and inspires a team with the same values Ability to support all maintenance & cleaning aspects on down time Must be authorized to work in the United States.
