Job Description Join our Team at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, San Francisco, CA as a Physician - Pathologist (fee Basis)! Pathology Services is seeking an intermittent fee basis Physician Pathologist to cover tasks in the interim while staff are on extended medical leave and/or until new recruits are hired and on-boarded. Pathologists are critical to the operation and functioning of the medical center diagnostic services. This position will be utilized through December 31, 2027.

Gross supervision and microscopic evaluation and reporting of daily surgical cases, cytology cases, intra operative frozen section consultation, inpatient and outpatient FNA, rapid on-site assessments & daytime call
