Perform procedures as required, including suturing, basic life support interventions, and minor outpatient procedures like dermatology or wound care. Provide health coaching and education to promote lifestyle modifications and disease prevention strategies. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain meticulous medical records for all patients. Participate in clinical research or quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and practice standards. Skills Proficiency with EHR systems such as Epic or similar electronic medical record platforms. Experience with inpatient and outpatient settings, including hospital medicine, urgent care, and primary care clinics. Ability to perform clinical procedures such as suturing, IV infusion, airway management, and basic diagnostic radiology interpretation (CT scans). Familiarity with medical coding (CPT/ICD) for accurate documentation and billing purposes.
